Scheduling a TeleVisit

Although the Center for Reproductive Care clinic is currently closed due to the COVID-19 guidelines set forth by Governor Pritzker, Dr. Wood Molo will still be conducting TeleVisits with both new and returning patients.

A TeleVisit is a virtual appointment with our practice that can be a great way to establish care either as a new or established patient. Dr. Wood Molo will work closely with you to determine the best treatment plan moving forward once we are able to begin treatments again.

To access the TeleVisit, you will go through our Healow Patient Portal in one of three ways:

Click the link that was sent to your email to enter into the conference.
Log on to the patient portal from a desktop or laptop at https://mycw120.ecwcloud.com/portal16543/jsp/100mp/login_otp.jsp
Access via the Healow App and find us using our practice code: HJBFBD

If you would like to schedule a TeleVisit, please email us at appointments@crcfertility.com and provide your name and phone number along with the best time to contact you. You can also reach out with a request on our website and one of our staff members will contact you to schedule.
