A MESSAGE TO OUR PATIENTS: COVID-19

Due to the latest COVID-19 guidelines set forth by Governor Pritzker, our clinic will be closed as of 4PM on Friday, March 20th until further notice.

If you are a current patient and need to reach the physician, please call our afterhours number at 312-624-6911 and the doctor will be paged.

Dr. Wood Molo is still doing televisits with both new and return patients. If you would like to schedule a TeleVisit, please email us at appointments@crcfertility.com or reach out with a request on our website and one of our staff members will contact you to schedule.
